Terms
OyilaPrompt AI Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the OyilaPrompt AI website and Chrome extension. By creating an account or using the extension, you agree to them.
Who you are contracting with
OyilaPrompt AI is operated by Cloudpilar Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15273802.
Registered office: 23 Derwent Road, Bristol, BS5 7SJ, United Kingdom
Contact: support@oyilaprompt.com
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Cloudpilar Limited. Any subscription you buy is a contract between you and Cloudpilar Limited.
What the service does
OyilaPrompt AI helps you improve writing — grammar, tone, CVs, cover letters and job application text — using AI models. It is a writing aid. It does not provide legal, financial, immigration or career advice, and it does not guarantee any job outcome.
Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, and the details you give must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us at support@oyilaprompt.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Fair-use credits — not unlimited
Usage is metered in credits, not unlimited requests. A fast everyday model costs one credit; Advanced and Thinking models cost more, in proportion to what they cost us to run. Allowances reset weekly:
- Free — 7 credits per week.
- Pro — a generous weekly fair-use allowance of 1200 credits, with Advanced and Thinking models unlocked.
No plan is unlimited. When an allowance is used up, requests are declined until the weekly period resets. We may adjust allowances or credit costs — for example if model pricing changes — and will give reasonable notice of any reduction that affects paying subscribers. Attempting to work around these limits is a breach of these terms (see Acceptable use).
Plans and payment
Pro is a recurring subscription sold by Cloudpilar Limited and billed through Stripe. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and include any applicable taxes where required. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until cancelled. Payments appear on your statement under Cloudpilar Limited.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that. We do not provide partial refunds for time remaining in a period unless the law requires it.
Refunds and your legal rights
If you are a consumer in the UK you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription. By starting to use Pro immediately you agree that the service begins straight away; if you then cancel within 14 days you may be charged for the portion you used. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. To request a refund, email support@oyilaprompt.com.
If a payment fails, Pro features may be suspended until payment succeeds. We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice before it applies to your next renewal.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Create fake achievements, fake work history, fake qualifications or otherwise misleading job application content.
- Use the service for unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive or fraudulent content.
- Attempt to bypass credit allowances, plan restrictions or security controls — including by rotating install identifiers, sharing accounts to pool allowances, or tampering with the extension.
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the service, or use it to build a competing product.
- Submit other people’s personal data that you have no right to share, or content you have no right to use.
- Probe, scrape, overload or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these rules. Where a paid subscription is closed for a serious breach, we may do so without a refund.
AI output — no guarantee
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or plainly wrong, and the same input can produce different results. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you use it. Check every claim about your own experience, qualifications and history before sending anything to an employer. We do not warrant that output is accurate, original, suitable for any purpose, or free of similarity to other text.
You keep ownership of the text you submit and of the improved output. You are responsible for ensuring the content you submit and the use you make of the result are lawful.
The Chrome extension
The extension acts only when you ask it to. It does not auto-apply to jobs, auto-submit forms or auto-send emails, and it reads page text only after you click Improve. You may uninstall it at any time. Linking it to your account applies your plan inside the extension; signing out on the website revokes that link immediately.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access — it depends on third-party AI providers and hosting. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we make a material change to these terms we will update this page, and for changes that affect paying subscribers we will give reasonable notice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of opportunity (including any job or interview outcome), loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or £50 if you have paid nothing.
The service is provided to you as a consumer or small business user for your own use; nothing here excludes your non-excludable statutory rights.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time — see Privacy for how to request deletion. We may close an account that breaches these terms, or with reasonable notice if we discontinue the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
